Aging wines
From the second vintage, we made sure to keep a small number of bottles from each vintage in the winery's archives so that we can continue to explore their development and enjoy the complexity and maturity that aging brings. After over two decades of fascinating work with forgotten and rare grape varieties, we can say with satisfaction that our wines have wonderful aging potential in the bottle. We decided that the time had come to share with our customers the opportunity to enjoy the investment and we have set aside a very limited number of bottles from certain vintages* from the archive for purchase on our website only.
All wines have been kept under optimal conditions in our cellars from the moment of their creation.
*Due to the rarity of the wines, the availability of vintages varies from moment to moment.
For an additional fee, we can package your wine in a suitable wooden box for a single or six bottles. This is a perfect gift for your loved ones, and of course for yourself.
