Dry red wine
Carignan and Petite Syrah with very little Colombard, all from mature vines without irrigation, complemented by a little Petit Verdot.
The wine is produced only in special vintage years, in a limited edition. The vintage years are indicated in Hebrew letters and each edition is dedicated to one of the family roots. The wine has a sharp, mineral and earthy freshness. The taste exhibits pronounced fruitiness and a slight floral background. The finish is rich, elegant and persistent. Maturation for over two years in new French oak barrels added depth, complexity and intensity of flavors to the wine.
A combination of dense strength and rare elegance. Rich meat dishes and cheeses will give this wine a worthy background.
