The wine already exhibits an opaque crimson-black color, generous, pleasant and prominent aromas of blue fruit (mainly blueberries), sweet spices, prominent florality - characteristic. In the mouth it has a closed structure due to its age but later, with appropriate ventilation, reveals a full texture consisting of very concentrated flavors of black-blue fruit, a "meaty" character, a full and thick body.

Petite Syrah Mature Vines is at the peak of its strength, depth and complexity of flavors. The wine will best accompany rich and aromatic cheeses, flavorful cuts of goat meat and root vegetable and mushroom dishes.
