Vitkin's Gewürztraminer is a dry white wine, with body and presence on the one hand and sharp aromatics on the other. The wine is intended for immediate drinking, but with proper aging it will acquire ripe, honeyed aromas within two to three years.

Vitkin series
The "Vitkin" wine series consists of varietal wines that express the winery's special values: boldness, innovation, and professionalism.
Most of the varieties in the series are old varieties in Israel, which were used as secondary varieties, some of which are a "return to the source", the initial grape varieties that Baron Rothschild brought to the country with the renewal of the wine industry in the Land of Israel in the 19th century.
Most of them are suitable for growing in all parts of the country. A Mediterranean climate with high humidity such as the coastal plain and a cold, dry climate typical of the Jerusalem Mountains and Upper Galilee.
