Trading Site Regulations - Vitkin Winery Ltd.

1. Anyone who purchases products, or who intends to purchase products from Vitkin Winery, declares that they have read the regulations and agree to their terms.
2. The purchaser declares that he is over 18 years of age or is a licensed corporation and has a valid credit card and an active email address.
3. The purchase transaction is conditional on the credit card company's consent and the items being in stock.
4. The billing method is conditional billing - billing will only be made after the order is actually checked at the winery. In the event that the products are not in stock, the winery staff undertakes to contact the customer by phone and agree on the details of the alternative transaction.
5. Free shipping to one address in the distribution areas on purchases over 499 NIS | Delivery within 7 business days - in exceptional cases, there may be delays in the delivery date.
6. The customer will be required to fill in personal details in order to place the order. The reliability of the details is the customer's responsibility. The owners and operators of the site are not responsible for any mistakes made by the buyer when entering the details, nor will the above be directly or indirectly responsible for any liability in the event that the purchase details are not recorded in the system due to a technical or other problem. 
7. The customer will be required to identify themselves upon receipt of the shipment and sign the delivery note to confirm receipt of the products. Identification is by ID card or driver's license only.
8. A customer who cancels the order after the shipment has been dispatched will be charged 50 NIS for shipping fees.
9. The customer who registers as a regular user of the website authorizes the winery to send him additional information or offers from time to time.
10. Wine is a food product that is sensitive to temperature conditions. Wine is stored at the winery and transported at a controlled temperature, and it is also recommended to store it at the customer's home. The winery will not accept returned wine shipments due to the fact that the winery has no control over the conditions in which the wine was stored from the moment it was delivered to the customer.
11. In addition to his personal details, the customer will provide details regarding the delivery address and will provide a telephone number to coordinate delivery.
12. In any case of a problem, with the delivery or with the products themselves, the customer is invited to contact the winery by telephone in order to receive personal treatment of their complaint.
