Carignan from Mt. Carmel, Syrah, Cabernet Franc & Marselan from the Upper Galilee.

Bright purple, violet color, with aromas of ripe plum, violets, green pepper and Mediterranean herbs. It is balanced, complex and refreshing.

To be drunk 3-4 years after the vintage.
