The wine is rich in green lemon aromas, clean, sharp, elegant and true to the character of the variety. The taste reveals impressive acidity and balanced minerality with moderate ripeness. In the first year, the wine is characterized by aromas of fresh citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon lime, green apple, white flowers and minerals, but later on, additional aromas typical of the Riesling variety are expected to develop: petrol, honey and white fruits.
A wonderful food wine that will go well with a huge variety of dishes, from tapas and raw fish to Asian cuisine dishes such as Peking duck and tofu aggadashi.
