Dry white wine
Made from Carignan, a red grape variety, using the white winemaking technique.
Fresh with great sharpness, with a pure expression of citrus and white fruits, floral and aromatic character. When it gets a little aeration and warms in the glass it will reveal a deeper character with great texture.
A distinct gastronomic wine, great with raw or grilled fish on the one hand, and rich dishes such as coconut milk-based curry, tempura dishes, and grilled and smoked meats on the other.
