As a result of the rare phenomenon of botrytis, the natural alchemical processes responsible for building the aromas and flavors begin on the vines in the vineyard with each grape. The thick and rich must undergoes an especially long fermentation in a 500-liter French wooden barrel.

It excels in the harmony of complexity and richness of flavors alongside impressive supporting freshness, with an exceptional aging potential of decades. It is recommended to serve chilled, preferably at a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius.
