A single Maccabeu vineyard in the north of the country at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level
A rare, rich and elegant white wine – fermented in a single oak barrel. Windy conditions, relative dryness, cool nights and scorching sunny days produced grapes rich in aromas of white fruits, citrus and jasmine flowers and elegant, almost mineral flavors, with a long and delightful finish.
The wine is suitable for accompanying many dishes, from first courses such as raw fish to more complex dishes based on fish, chicken, and even grilled meats.
