The 2007 vintage symbolizes the continuation of the line of the first decade of the second millennium - relatively warm even vintages and cool odd vintages. This vintage was more balanced and had few heat waves compared to its predecessor. The low yields, the experience we gained working with the variety and as a result - a precise harvest date resulted in the creation of a balanced wine, with great precision between ripeness and freshness of the fruit. It exhibits impressive complexity, perhaps the most impressive at this point in time in the treasure chest before you. A wonderful combination of fresh red and black fruit, dry spices and a touch of mint with an impressive structure, present but polished tannins and an elegant and long finish with fruity dominance. A 14-year-old Israeli wine, a right marker of quality and local pride. The wine is at a perfect point to enjoy it now but will continue to develop in the next two to three years at least.

It will go well with spicy lamb and beef dishes, especially game or duck, and strong-flavored hard cheeses.
