• Dry white wine
• Made from Grenache Blanc from the Upper Galilee, and a little Roussanne.
• A deep but elegant wine with delicate citrus aromas and hints of green almonds and summer fruits, against a backdrop of aromas and flavors from the oak barrels. As the wine opens up, it expresses a floral character and increased complexity.
• Fifty percent of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, the remainder was fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 5 months.
